Terry Place was a member of the 1980 USA Women's Olympic Volleyball team
who did not compete in the Moscow games due to the boycott imposed by USA President Jimmy Carter. Four years later she competed at the 1984 Olympics now representing West Germany. This jersey is from a German club team that Terry played on.
